You can mental note or write down as a to-do list, remember, you don't have to do the activities but if you want to do them someday, do as you please!

Although I may or may not understand whatever you're going through, personal or not.
I hope whatever you're going through at the moment, you will be okay soon or later.
I hope this project helped you enough,

All I gotta say is rest up well!
Take care of yourself and remind yourself to never overwork yourself too much.
You've done enough.
You gotta keep that body fit and healthy together; physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Take things easy, even when you have a deadline coming really soon.
Don't sacrifice your health too much for the sake of work, drink some water to energize!
Don't be afraid to speak about your issue to a friend you trust, they'll listen.
No matter when things are going downhill, there's always an opportunity to rise things uphill again.
Everything takes time to heal up, believe in yourself!
